The Small Home Expo is Being Postponed to 2024
After weeks of poring over spreadsheets, endless phone calls, hours of legwork, and video meetings, we are forced to postpone the Small Home Expo to 2024. All of our efforts to work with venue administration changes, increased overheads, and difficulties with ticketing and other items, have made it impossible to mount the show this year.
At this time, we’re seeking a new venue for this event.
Last year, TRADEX in Abbotsford was changed to a new contract management company. While the new Managers have generously tried to help us make this work, we’ve all now realized that the new administration model makes the show no longer suitable at that venue.
We are a Fraser Valley-based company, and we have actively worked to find a new venue to keep the show in Delta, Surrey, Cloverdale, Langley, Abbotsford, or other nearby locations. So far, we’ve been unable to find a location that has the square footage, the parking, the services, and most difficult of all, the door height needed to bring these beautiful homes under a large enough roof.
But, we’re not done looking! We love this show, and interest has been overwhelmingly clear from the public, and from our Exhibitors. Right now, we’re doing our best to mount a show for 2024 at the same time frame, early June.

7 Unexpected things I learned When I Downsized To A Small Apartment
Several years ago, we found ourselves in a situation where, for work reasons, we needed to temporarily leave Canada and move to a large US city.
