Please note that to avoid potential competition, and for show layout purposes, all booth placements are at the discretion of Show Management and may be changed at any time.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: No part of the exhibitor’s booth will be used for display of any item(s) for which the exhibitor is not a representative or is not approved by the Small Home Expo. The Small Home Expo, nor Tradex, nor any of their representatives shall be responsible for injury, loss or damage to persons, goods, equipment or decorations, caused by accident, loss or any other cause, at any time during the event, including during the move-in or move-out operations or while in the facility. The Small Home Expo at Tradex will open to the public on designated days and times of the event. All Exhibitor items must be removed by designated times the day of or the day after the event. Further move-in information will be available the week before the event. Space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if an Exhibitor must be moved, they must abide by the decision of the organizers of the Small Home Expo. All allocated Exhibitor booth space MUST be fully set up 1 hour before the stated event opening time. In addition, any Exhibitor who has failed to appear whatsoever 2 hours before stated opening time will be refused access. Payment and cancellation policy: to secure your booth, full payment is due upon the date specified when you digitally or manually sign the contract. Methods of payment accepted are cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Interac bank transfer. Cancellation policy: cancellation March 31st or prior, 10% of full booth fee will be charged.
