Do I need to print out my ticket?
No. You can simply show the ticket on your phone at the door, and we’ll scan your phone. TIP: You can “screen shot” the ticket bar code, and that way, you won’t need to use data to bring up the ticket at the door. We can scan the screen shot.
I can’t find my tickets, but I know I bought them. How do I find them again?
The easiest way may be to log back on to this website, and your tickets will be available for re-download.
I bought tickets on Eventbrite for the 2020 and 2021 shows that were postponed. Are they still any good?
Yes! If you purchased tickets prior to Spring 2021 on Eventbrite, you can log back in there to download them. Eventbrite has a great support page here: https://www.eventbrite.ca/support/articles/en_US/Troubleshooting/where-are-my-tickets?lg=en_CA
When you get to the show, please make staff aware that you have Eventbrite tickets to scan, and they will direct you to the correct entry.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Kids 12 and under are FREE and more than welcome! However, we still need you to register them for a child ticket to track contact tracing. (Yup, even babies. Thanks for helping to keep us all safe.)
What must I do to qualify for the Seniors or Student discount?
Seniors may be asked to provide ID at the door. (We hope you’ll be flattered!) High-school aged children over 12 years qualify for the student discount, as well as people of any age who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution. School ID may be issued by your school photographer, or school library cards, or other means to establish that your children are high-school aged. If you don’t have student ID from your high school, your parents can vouch for you. Our staff reserve the right to make decisions based on their best judgement, in order to keep entry lines moving quickly.
What if I need to leave and come back?
All tickets include in-and-out privileges. Come and go as you please, on either day! Simply bring your ticket back to ensure re-entry, either on paper or on your mobile device.
How much is parking at the site?
Tradex has a generous parking lot on the site, for $7 per day. There is also parking next door at the Abbotsford Airport. Please see more details here: https://www.fvtradex.com/Attending-Parking. Wheelchair parking is available near the main entrance.
