We have temporarily removed our Exhibitor Prospectus Document
We’ll repost this document when the 2024 show is prepared. This 4-page document will answer most of your questions, about booth costs, what the show is about, who attends, and how to get the most out of your space.
About the Show
The Small Home Expo is about people who seek to have their lives reflect their values of being kind to the planet, living healthier lives, and having more flexibility. We connect them to vendors who can provide products and services that make small homes like condominiums, townhouses, and tiny houses look beautiful, enrich their lives, and contribute to a greener environment.
Whether fueled by economic, social or environmental reasons, the trend to live healthier lifestyles in smaller spaces continues to grow. Home organization becomes more important as we downsize. Millennials are buying or renting their first home, Baby Boomers are downsizing, and the interest in purchasing a Tiny Home has become a huge movement, especially throughout the West Coast. And all the things that make life in those smaller homes wonderful, including meals, furnishings, and technology, are in higher demand than ever before. The payoffs for living smaller are economic freedom, less carbon footprint, and lifestyle improvements. As we continue to see these trends grow, the demand for products and services for living well in a small space will skyrocket.
Over 60,000 square feet of exhibit space, 200+ booths and 20+ tiny homes in the tiny homes village. Other special features include our Art in Small Spaces display, as well as LOCAL makers from all over the Lower Mainland.
Quality Speaker Program
We’re lucky to have the best Speakers on topics of interior design, health and fitness, nutrition, accessibility, home construction, storage and lifestyle, life with pets and kids, and so many other current issues affecting all of us.
A Festival Atmosphere
Attendees will be entertained with music, entertainment and food trucks! Displays are organized into “villages” and “neighbourhoods” grouped by category and market type.

How is the small Home Expo Marketed?
We market the Small Home Expo much the same way we market all of our other shows: using a combination of social media posts and paid advertising, paid web advertising, conventional print advertising, marketing at other events, signage, and marketing through our Exhibitors. We are heavily invested in online methods of advertising, because we know where our dollars go, and what part of our marketing is working.
We’re very interested in working with each of our Exhibitors on a 1:1 basis to form creative partnerships, and exploring all sorts of fresh ideas. If you’ve got an idea, reach out to our Marketing Manager, Peggy Richardson.
Connect With New, Motivated Customers
Nearly 6,000 small space enthusiasts attended the inaugural show in 2019. Our 2022 Event was approximately the same size. This will only get bigger! Capture motivated buyers who are looking for products and services to buy for their small space.
Your investment includes much more than a booth.
Our philosophy of “Beyond the Booth” means that we want to form partnerships with our Exhibitors that help them market their businesses year-round. (We do this for our other events, the Fraser Valley Wedding Festivals and the Westcoast Wellness Show, too.) This means things like finding ways to cross over other marketing, social media mentions, and plain, old-fashioned referrals that happen literally every day.
